Payment Instructions
Members can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or JCB credit cards. We have also added payment services such as Jiekou Pay, APPLE Pay, and Chungyo - Zingala Installments. This service will send the ordered goods according to the delivery method you specified after the payment is cleared. If the payment cannot be charged to the credit card specified by the member, this service has the right to terminate the order contract. At that time, the order cannot be established, and this service will notify the member by email or phone to fulfill the obligation of notification.
Members can also choose to pay upon pickup at 7-11 convenience stores. After the goods arrive at the designated 7-11 store, the store will notify the member via SMS or email for pickup and simultaneously collect the payment. However, if the total order amount exceeds NT$5,000, the 7-11 convenience store pickup payment method cannot be used.
