RETURN POLICY


► Return Instructions and Transaction Reminders

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, this site provides a seven-day appreciation period. Please note that the appreciation period is not a trial period, and the integrity of the product must be maintained. All return services must be completed within the seven-day appreciation period (calculated from the day the product is received). Returns can be processed if they comply with the return and exchange principles.

Common reasons for returns include:

  • If you find that the product is defective or poorly manufactured after inspection.
  • If the return is due to an error on this site (e.g., wrong product delivery, shipping damage, packaging errors, etc.).

► Return Process

To apply for a return, please do not open or use the product and maintain the original packaging and accompanying documents intact.Please, within seven days of receiving the product, photograph the defective condition or provide a description of the dissatisfaction and notify customer service (chentown2002@gmail.com). A representative will handle the return process for you.

► Return Precautions

  • Before sending any return items, please contact customer service for confirmation, otherwise, returns cannot be processed.
  • The returned product must maintain the integrity of the product itself, accessories, inner and outer packaging, attachments, gifts, warranty cards, original packaging, and all accompanying documents or materials. Do not miss any accessories or damage the original packaging.
  • Please use the original shipping carton to properly package the return item. If the original carton is lost or damaged, please use another carton to cover the original packaging. Do not directly attach paper or write on the original packaging.
  • The following situations are not eligible for returns:
    1. Return requests exceeding seven days after receiving the product.
    2. Coffee powder or coffee beans packaging has been opened, or part of the product has been consumed.
    3. Returns due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong order, incorrect selection of grinding method, dislike of the product, etc.).
